How to compare small bags without a single 'best' score
Compare carrying position, access, dimensions and evidence before choosing a small bag.

Begin with a carry scenario
Write down what needs to leave the house with you: phone, keys, wallet, medication, glasses or a small camera. Decide whether you want the bag under a jacket, across your back or easy to reach in front.
Compare like with like
Compare the exact fabric and size variation. A lighter fabric version may have different weight or construction. A bundled strap may change both the price and the way the bag carries. Do not transfer specifications from a similar-looking model.
Separate specifications from experience
A manufacturer's specification can establish a stated weight or material. It does not prove long-term comfort or durability. Smolbag keeps source specifications separate from independently verified hands-on and owner evidence; an absent review stays absent.
